Arway Bags (2018)

AR-WAY" Mua Nah"(KRU Language) translates as Beautiful...." It's Me". The ARWAY Bags experience started in 2018, inspiring sustainable economic-driven endeavors through collaboration with young artistic Africans. The sole objective is to engage youth in the Art sector to create appealing handmade products.

Strive(2014)

Strive is a nonprofit arm of Arway LLC, utilizing art education to inspire young people. Through education, we seek to inspire long-term economic growth via education empower. 100% of proceeds from our recycle collection go to Strive and 10% of profit is reinvested in Arway employees to economic empower themselves in other areas of their lives.

Laugh out Loud Liberia (2013) 

Laugh Out Loud Liberia (LOLL) is a local comedy series envisioned to promote and enhance, emerging and established comedians to a global audience. “Laugh Out Loud Liberia” is a first-of-its-kind endeavor, to employ young Liberian comedians consistently, and create a platform for upcoming artists in all domains to display their talents at no expense to the artist. LOL brings together upcoming and veteran comedians to entertain, and educate audience members on vast subject matters. LOLL is a live show that focuses on comedians based in Liberia but incorporates music, poetry, spoken word, and other forms of art. 

The LOL shows are on pause. However, several comedians are still performing around Monrovia and you can find more information on their performances HERE

Arway Consultancy formally Marit Woods (2008)

As a consultant, I utilize my experience as an International Project Manager to ensure institutions optimize opportunities and provide optimal service to their clients, by cultivating a culture of empowerment via resource augmentation. I am a mastery trainer, speaker, and project implementor. My aptitude to use facts, and intercultural practices have resulted in various entities augmenting their workforce dynamics, improving service delivery, optimizing training for non-traditional groups, and improving company culture. I graduated from the University of Minnesota with my B.A. in Sociology LCD, Minor-Youth Studies from the University of Minnesota-Twin Cities, and M.A. in Intercultural Management focus on Sustainable Development from SIT Graduate Institute-Vermont. I have a passion for youth-led initiatives, small enterprises, and managing complex projects.

Simple made in Sisimiut...

We hunt and buy locally to bring you fresh snacks directly from the hinterlands of Sisimiut. Inuits have been hunters and gatherers for centuries and have passed down the practice of hunting efficiently. Diminishing waste is essential, thus, the reason we only take what hunters can not eat. Our collaboration with hunters led to the creation of Kutaa! A healthy snack to strengthen your mind, body, and soul.
