Salut! I am (Marit)...

• My kryptonite is dessert (dessert before meals!-applicable to adults ONLY😜)

Unexpectedly, I met a wanderlust (My hubby), now wandering through the daily nuisances and joys of raising a conscious thinker our @BoyWonder( AKA Likki Bikki). I am inspired by our child's freakish fearlessness and confidence amidst the unusual family structure and lifestyle we chose to conduct our child-rearing. 

I have a passion for youth led initiatives and managing complex projects in my work life. 

Family/Lifestyle

Our love for exploring be it in our backyard, nationally, or internationally, my motto is "Today is not an ordinary day. You have life, it is extraordinary!" We are a blended family, creating a home for our son where we can, living across three continents, maintaining amicable relationships, and loving the OUTDOORS-A-LOT. Striving daily to inject a bit of fantasy into our world by being OUTDOORS.

Purpose

Boy Wondering conveys my thoughts as a mom based on the negative and positive experiences of @BoyWonder(Likki Bikki) as we expose him to the world. Likki/Bikki is an energetic soul, who talks about football and soccer all day. His mouth shuts when his eyes shuts. His inquisitiveness ushered me to analyze the world of Boyhood, and rethink my perspectives on a variety of things (I guess motherhood does that?). 

As you browse through this blog expect to hear from Me(Marit), contributors, sharing #wonderingtales of caregivers raising boys, relaying our travel experiences, pondering social topics, and exploring business endeavors.
